Now I have another issue altogether, thanks for your help on this one. When I was downloading them all at once, they were only partially downloading causing the error.not sure why that is. Turned off AVG software and I download the files one by one. Unpacking on another computer can also help here. Select the 'Repair archive' option and confirm the process with 'OK'. Open the archive and click on 'Tools' in the menu bar at the top. They're also in parts, and all parts were being downloaded at once. WinRAR: Repair unexpected end of archive.
The board was a fresh install, not moved from anywhere else and the files were/are being added as attachments. How were the files added to the board? Were they added to the board as attachments at the current site or was the board moved from somewhere else? If the board was moved the files could have become corrupted in the transfer, see this blog post, The dangers of ASCII mode. However, if as you now say, the file could be downloaded from another site and successfully uncompressed, then that suggests it was validly created.
